Station Issue

Jackson Square: The stairway connecting the Jackson Sq lobby and the south end of the platform is closed until winter 2026. Use the stairway at the north end of the platform. This closure is for the construction of a new stairway and a second elevator.MBTA.com/JacksonSquare

Jackson Square: The platform is undergoing renovations until fall 2025 to improve safety and accessibility. Sections of the platform will be unlevel during this period, which may make it difficult for some riders to board and exit trains.MBTA.com/JacksonSquare

Suspension

Orange Line: Service will be suspended between Wellington and Back Bay the weekend of July 26 - 27 for signal system upgrades. Use shuttles between Wellington & North Station. Use Green Line between North Station & Copley/Back Bay.
